The Danish elite is gathered in Ballerup, Copenhagen this weekend at the Danish LAN event SLAP LIVE #16.

SLAP LIVE #16 will be the surroundings for WCG Denmark, seeing four teams fighting for one spot in Cologne and the World Cyber Games 2008 Grand Finals. Silvermedalist from last year, mTw (at the time NoA), will be looking at a two win in order to qualify for the World Cyber Games 2008 Grand Finals. First team in their way will be dakarma in the semi-final. The two tmeas are in the same group in Extreme Masters, which led to a mTw win earlier this week, as they faced each other. The team of dakarma was not able to put much up against mTw, and neither should they do mTw much trouble at WCG Denmark.

Second team in the way, will be the winning team of XLBet.ATS and Spirit of Amiga, who will face each other in the other semi-final. XLBet.ATS failed to win BWS Challenge previous weekend, where four mTw members and anizz stopped them. Will the team, counted as the second best in Denmark for the time being, be able to win against Spirit of Amiga, who just changed one man in their roster, and end up playing mTw for the spot in Cologne?

Follow WCG Denmark starting with mTw taking on dakarma at 11:00 CET, followed by XLBet.ATS versus Spirit of Amiga at 14:00 CET. The grand final will be played at 17:00 CET. All matches are played best of three maps.
